Li Secondary Cell Electrode Sheet Inspection System [e-FlexEye]

TSA tension sensor  

The TSA tension sensor is a high-performance unit.
The sensor has a high spring rigidity, high resonant frequency, and very little
displacement even at high tension levels. This means that the sensor is ideal not only in the tension control of paper and PET film, but also for applications in industries that manufacture highly functional films, low-stretch webs and high-added-value products.
 

Line Follower Head LH500  

The new line sensor LH500 accurately follows slit lines. This sensor uses a detection method that can distinguish colors, and uses pattern-matching to detect pattern and line changes within the field of view.
The controller displays deviations in units of mm, showing extent of line deviation more clearly, and supporting the operator's decision-making.
 

Ultrasonic Autowide Sensor UHW Series  

The UHW Series of ultrasonic sensors detect the meandering edge of webs that are transparent / thin films / difficult for optical sensors to detect. The UHW Series resist changes in ambient temperature and humidity. Features include a function that automatically corrects the level of ultrasonic transmission when the thickness of the web changes. The easy-to-use UHW Series save time and labor.
 

Liteguide Controller

The AE500 is a controller for slitters and inspection rewinders. In combination with the new LH500 sensor, the AE500 really shows its worth. The AE500 is user friendly, with intuitive display icons. The LCD panel shows the current detection status as a wave and the detection level as a percentage, so that regardless of operator experience, a stable setting can be achieved.
